Our stabilizers use a DC servo motor control system with high-quality copper-wound transformer technology to continuously monitor and correct the input voltage, helping protect sensitive electrical and electronic equipment from harmful voltage fluctuations.

WIDE INPUT VOLTAGE RANGE

Input Voltage: 150V to 250V AC

The stabilizer can regulate an input as low as 150V and as high as 250V to a stable nominal output.

For example:

• 250V input → approximately 220V output
• 150V input → approximately 220V output
• Output regulation: ±1%, subject to the specified model and operating conditions
• Step-up capability: Raises low mains voltage to the required regulated output level, where the selected model is designed for the required range.

This makes the unit particularly suitable for locations where mains voltage is consistently low, excessively high, or subject to frequent fluctuations.

WHY SERVO CONTROL?

Unlike conventional relay-type voltage stabilizers, which typically correct voltage in comparatively large steps, a servo stabilizer uses a motor-driven variable transformer/variac mechanism to make continuous or fine voltage corrections.

Conventional Relay Stabilizer

• Voltage correction occurs through preset relay steps.
• The correction range depends on the number and size of relay steps.
• Larger voltage fluctuations may be required before the next correction step is activated.

Servo Stabilizer

• Uses a DC servo motor control system.
• Continuously monitors the output/input voltage and adjusts the transformer position accordingly.
• Provides fine voltage regulation, with models capable of maintaining approximately ±1% output regulation under specified conditions.

OPTIONAL BUCK-BOOST TRANSFORMER TECHNOLOGY

For selected 2 kVA and above models, Buck-Boost Transformer technology can be incorporated according to the application and required specifications.

This configuration can provide enhanced voltage correction capability and can be designed for specific input/output requirements.

Custom output voltages are available against confirmed specifications, including 110V, 220V and other required AC voltages, subject to the model and application.
